Feetmax — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Overview

Feetmax ("the App") is an AI-assisted foot grooming and aesthetics analysis app developed and published by Euragnos B.V., a private limited company incorporated in the Netherlands, which is the data controller for the processing described below.

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed. One is not required here: GDPR Art. 37 mandates a DPO only for public authorities, for large-scale regular and systematic monitoring, or for large-scale processing of special categories of data, and none of those describe this App.

Unlike a game, Feetmax does require an account and does process photographs you submit. This document explains exactly what that means. The short version: your photos are private by default, they are never shown to other users, and you can delete everything permanently from inside the App at any time.

Data We Collect

Account details. An email address, a username you choose, and a date of birth you declare when you sign up. Optionally a display name and a short bio, if you add them.

Photographs of your feet, and the analysis derived from them — category scores, short comments, improvement tips, and product suggestions.

Technical data needed to operate the service: crash and error reports, and a push notification token if you enable notifications.

We do not collect your contacts, your location, advertising identifiers, or biometric identifiers. Feetmax contains no advertising SDK of any kind. We do not use your photographs to train any model, and neither does our analysis provider.

Your Date of Birth

We ask for a date of birth for exactly one reason: to confirm you are at least 13 years old. Accounts declaring an age under 13 are refused at signup, and the check is enforced in our database rather than only in the App, so it cannot be bypassed by a modified client.

Your date of birth is stored on your profile and is not readable by other users — access to that field is restricted at the database level. We do not ask for identity documents and we do not verify your date of birth against any external source.

Your Photographs

Photographs are resized on your device before upload and stored in our hosting provider's object storage. Each photograph is stored under a path scoped to your account, and access is enforced by database policies so that no other user can read your photographs — not even for an analysis you have chosen to make public.

Analyses are private by default. Feetmax currently has no feed, no sharing between users, and no way for one user to see another user's photographs.

Photographs are retained until you delete the analysis or delete your account. See "Deleting Your Data" below.

How the Analysis Works

When you submit photographs, they are sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis together with instructions describing what to assess. Google processes them to produce a response and, under Google's API terms for paid usage, does not use them to train its models.

The scores you see are calculated by our own server from the model's per-category assessments using fixed formulas — the model does not decide your headline score.

The analysis is a cosmetic and grooming assessment. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it must not be used as a substitute for professional advice. Where the analysis notes something worth showing a professional, that is a suggestion to seek advice, not a finding.

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK)

Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) for your account and for producing the analysis you asked for — these are the service itself.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for crash reporting and for the security and abuse controls that keep the service working, balanced against your interests and limited to what those purposes need.

Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for the age check.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for push notifications, which are off unless you turn them on, and which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings.

Your Rights Under EU/UK Data Protection Law

You may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability.

Account deletion in the App covers erasure directly and immediately. For anything else, write to kaanuysal@euragnos.com.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

International Data Transfers

Our database, authentication and file storage are hosted in the European Union. Error reporting is also hosted in the European Union.

The Gemini API may process your photographs outside the EEA. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards in Google's data processing terms, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children's Privacy

Feetmax is not intended for children under 13, and accounts declaring an age under 13 are refused. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

The analysis also examines each submitted photograph for indications that the subject may be a child. Where that is detected, the photograph is rejected and no analysis is produced or stored.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, write to kaanuysal@euragnos.com and we will delete the account.

Data Retention

Photographs and analyses are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Account details are kept for as long as the account exists.

Deleting your account removes your profile, every analysis, and every photograph immediately and permanently. Backups held by our hosting provider may retain deleted content for a short period before expiring.

Security

Access to your data is enforced at the database level rather than only in the App, so a modified client cannot reach another user's photographs, analyses, or date of birth. Traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
